Can I book online?

Yes. You can get a quote, choose a date, and confirm your booking entirely online. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We typically schedule next-available dates within a few days. For specific date requests, booking 1–2 weeks ahead is recommended.

Service Questions

Do I need to be home for window cleaning?

For exterior-only service, you do not need to be home. We work around your schedule. For interior & exterior service, someone must be present to provide access.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

Basic includes streak-free window cleaning and exterior sill wipe-down. Premium adds track cleaning, screen removal and cleaning, and interior sill wiping — ideal for a deeper clean or recurring service.

Do you clean screens?

Screen cleaning is included in the Premium package. Screens are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled.

What windows do you clean?

We clean all standard residential and commercial window types including single hung, double hung, casement, sliding, bay/bow, picture windows, patio doors, storm doors, and more.

Do you clean hard water stains or paint?

Standard service removes typical dirt, grime, and buildup. Hard water stain removal or paint removal is a specialty service — contact us for a custom quote.

Recurring Service

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most homeowners benefit from cleaning 2–4 times per year. We offer bi-weekly, monthly, every 2 months, quarterly, and twice-a-year plans.

How does recurring service work?

When you book a recurring plan, all future appointments for the year are scheduled upfront automatically. You'll receive reminders before each visit and invoices after each service.

Can I cancel my recurring plan?

Yes. Contact us and we'll cancel any upcoming scheduled visits. There are no long-term contracts.

What is alternating service?

Alternating service means every other visit includes full interior & exterior cleaning, while alternate visits are exterior only — all at the same recurring price. Available on any recurring plan.

Payment & Billing

When do I pay?

You pay after each service is completed. We send an invoice to your email and you can pay online by card, Venmo, or Zelle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is handled digitally — no cash needed.

Is there a deposit required?

No deposit is required for residential service. Payment is due after service is completed.
